Hydextreme.com ships order across India Territory. Generally, we dispatch our all orders within 24-48 hours in normal BAU days. Please be advised that we do not process and send orders on Sunday or any National Holiday, delay can be expected in such scenario. We use one of the best delivery services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc ensuring all the quality and hygiene checks.
Payment Policy
We do accept all the payment mode, you may use Credit cards/Debit cards, UPI, Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery to make your purchase as per your preference.
Note : If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received any confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer support team and provide the following information –

Cancellation Policy
We hope that you never have to cancel your order, however, we would be there to assist you whenever there would be such circumstances.
- Orders are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched.
- Hyde Xtreme Voucher & Gift Cards are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if order is cancelled.
Return & Refund Policy
We strive to provide you with best in-class products by sourcing quality ingredients and following gold standard processes.
NOTE-
- We request you to please do not accept any packet in damage/tampered condition. Replacements and refunds won’t be entertained in such cases.
- In case you wish to initiate refund/return, we request you to please share the reason along with the unboxing video. Our team will investigate it further and proceed with your request accordingly. This needs to be reported to us within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
- Hyde Xtreme Apparels and merchandise do not have return policy.
- Only products purchased from hydextreme.com having proof of purchase will qualify for return and refund.
- If you purchase our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their terms and conditions to process your request. Generally, they do consider reasonable requests with a purchase receipt and original product purchased but consult their policy or place of business directly.
